Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026
This policy explains how Onwards Up collects and uses information when you visit this Surveoo information page, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.
1 Who we are
This page is operated by Onwards Up ("we", "us", "our"), a digital media and marketing partnerships business based in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Onwards Up is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
You can reach us about privacy at offers@onwardsup.com.
2 What this policy covers
This policy applies to this Surveoo information page and the web address it is hosted on. It does not apply to Surveoo, to the survey network you may be referred to, or to any other website we link to. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we recommend you read them before providing any personal information.
3 Information we collect
Information you give us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything else you choose to include. We use this only to respond to you.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, we and our analytics and advertising providers may collect technical and usage information using cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Your device type, browser, operating system and approximate location (from your IP address)
- The pages you view, the links you click, and how you arrived at this page (for example, from a search ad)
- Identifiers set by cookies and advertising tags for measurement and attribution
We do not ask for or collect sensitive personal information on this page, and we do not sell your personal information.
4 Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the page working, to understand how it is used, and to measure the performance of our advertising. The main categories are:
| Type | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Needed for the page to load and function securely. Always active. | Basic session and security cookies |
| Analytics | Help us understand which content is useful and how visitors move through the page. | Google Analytics |
| Advertising | Measure whether an ad led to a visit or sign-up, and help show relevant ads. | Microsoft Advertising (UET), Meta Pixel |
Where required by law, analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you give consent through our cookie notice, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of some advertising through the providers listed in section 6.
5 How and why we use information
We use the information above to:
- Operate, secure and maintain this page
- Measure how the page performs and improve its content
- Measure and manage our advertising campaigns
- Respond to enquiries you send us
Under UK GDPR, our lawful bases are:
- Consent for analytics and advertising cookies and any related processing. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests for keeping the page secure and running correctly, and for responding to messages you send us.
6 Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with service providers who process it on our behalf or under their own policies:
- Google (Google Analytics) for website measurement
- Microsoft (Microsoft Advertising / UET) for ad measurement
- Meta (Meta Pixel) for ad measurement
- Surveoo and its survey network, only if you choose to click through and sign up. From that point, your information is handled under their policies, not ours.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights and the security of this page.
7 International data transfers
Some of our providers, including Google, Microsoft and Meta, are based outside the UK, so your information may be transferred internationally. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as UK approved contractual clauses (the International Data Transfer Addendum) or a valid adequacy decision, so your information keeps a similar level of protection.
8 How long we keep information
We keep analytics and advertising data for as long as needed to measure and improve our campaigns, in line with the retention settings of the providers listed above. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
9 Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information in certain circumstances
- Ask us to restrict or object to how we use your information
- Ask us to transfer your information (data portability)
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
To exercise any of these rights, email offers@onwardsup.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to help first.
10 Children
This page is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and Surveoo is generally open only to people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11 Third-party links
This page links to Surveoo and may link to other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. This page contains affiliate links, which means we may receive compensation if you sign up through them. This does not add any cost to you and does not affect the information we provide.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Please check back occasionally so you are aware of any changes.
